Murray River Boat Launch

Located just outside of town, the Murray River boat launch is a great place to head out for a riverboat ride! If you are the relaxin' type bring something that floats and take a leisurely float down the river. Just make sure you have someone to pick you up!

Amenities

Next to the full service Flatbed campsite. There is an outhouse and a bench by the river at the boat launch.

Boating

Canoes, kayaks, and river boats are all welcome.

Fishing

With an appropriate licence come try your luck with the trout, char, grayling and whitefish available in the area.

Swimming

The boat launch has a steep drop off and moving water. Advanced swimmers only in this location.

Tubing

Float down the river with a ‘drink’ in one hand a fan in the other. Just make sure you applied your sunscreen and someone is going to pick you up at the end.
