Mount Reesor

Mount Reesor area offers great alpine hiking close to Tumbler Ridge. On the way to Mount Reesor there is a very unique feature at the top of the ridge; a barren stretch of brown shale known as the Caribou Highway.



This hike to Mount Reesor is an 8km return trip that is relatively easy but the hike is rated challenging due to its elevation gain.  This afternoon or half day hike could take around 5 hours return.

Mount Reesor is a common spot to plan skiing trips.
